Pallets

Pallet — transport packaging, packaging means, which has a rigid platform and a space large enough to create a bigger load unit used as a basis for the collection, storage, handling and transportation of goods. Designed for storage of cargo and its displacement by mechanical means. The goods placed on a pallet can be attracted to it by straps (fastening tapes) or shrink wrapped or stretch films.

Pallet collars

Pallet collars - a modern version of rigid packaging at the best price, for fragile, valuable, different cargoes.

Basic pallet collars - this is the best in terms of price / quality pallet collars for various industries. It is used, if the goods have no special hygiene requirements, or between the collars and the goods there is an additional flexible packaging (paper, cardboard, film, etc.).

Wooden boxes

Constructions of wooden boxes, manufactured by us, are very diverse. Boxes can be made not only of wood, but as well as from a combination of wood and other materials: plywood, fiberboard, chipboard, cellular polymers. Each design has its own scope of usage and has its own properties. 

Lumber

Available: lumber a moisture content of 18% (+/- 2%), softwood (pine, fir) of any size and quality, according to customer specifications. The company VOLVIT also offers services of calibration, planing, gluing and painting of lumber, as well as the production of wooden products of any complexity.

Planed products

They are produced by processing of lumber on four-party planing machines.
Planed timber, produced from edged lumber, can be processed not on all sides. They are divided into lumber, planed on one, two, three or four sides. 

OSB-3, plywood

OSB (Oriented Strand Board) – this is a pressed oriented strand board, which is based on chips of wood origin. OSB boards are produced by compression of chips under high pressure and temperature, with water-resistant synthetic resin adhesive. The size of chips is in the range up to length 150 mm, and thickness 0.7 mm. Usually, plates consist of three layers, in the outer layers chips are arranged along the major axis (long side), and in the inner layer - perpendicularly thereto.
